Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement
Frontier adopts a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination on any of the protected grounds in the Equality Act 2010.
We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all current and prospective employees, regardless of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.
At Frontier, we believe that diversity brings a greater variety of ideas, perspectives, and experiences to the workplace; as well as creating a positive environment where all employees have the opportunity to thrive. We also believe that a more inclusive workplace, where people of diverse backgrounds work together, ensures better outcomes for our business and employees.
We are committed to recruiting suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. We ensure that all people policies, pay, training, performance reviews, disciplinary or other procedures, and benefits are designed to promote equal opportunities and provide protection for all employees. From application to interview, we place inclusion at the heart of all we do.
Gender Pay
The Gender Pay Gap is distinct from Equal Pay Laws, which have required women and men performing equal work to be paid equally. At Frontier, we are confident that employees are paid equally for equal work due to our regular internal benchmarking and salary reviews.
We believe that having a diverse workforce is key to the success of our games and business. We continue to make strides in reducing our gender pay gap and are conscious that a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion is key.
