At Frontier, we specialise in creating endless possibilities in playful, fun, creative worlds. With a rich history spanning over thirty years, we are best known for our creative management simulation games. Our portfolio includes critically acclaimed titles such as Elite Dangerous, Planet Coaster, Planet Coaster 2, Planet Zoo, Jurassic World Evolution and Jurassic World Evolution 2, each of which has captivated players with their immersive and authentic worlds.
We craft games that offer authentic simulation and deep management experiences to our passionate players. With hours of endless creativity, strategy and discovery, we pride ourselves in being at the forefront of the creative management simulation (CMS) genre.

A Diverse Portfolio of Games
For over thirty years, we have built a uniquely diverse portfolio of games, powered by our proprietary Cobra technology.
From some of the world’s biggest licensed entertainment and sporting franchises; to intricately crafted worlds for millions of players to explore and make their mark on. Our games are underpinned by our unwavering passion for creating compelling and innovative IPs that continue to inspire and delight.
Our games have earned critical acclaim and have a special place in the hearts of millions of players. Over the last decade, we have been self-publishing our own high-quality, innovative games that showcase our world-class expertise across all major gaming formats. From 2019 to 2022, we published eight diverse titles through our dedicated games label, Frontier Foundry. In our first two decades, we developed games for publishers including Microsoft, Sony, Atari, SEGA, and Amazon, again using our in-house Cobra tools, which we enhanced and improved over the years.
